Some people in our community are eligible for both Medicare and State Medicaid coverage.  If you are one of those individuals, you may qualify for special health coverage that offers more than just doctors visits and hospital stays.  You may qualify for a plan that provides dental, vision, hearing, a healthy food card, Credit for over-the-counter items and a gym membership.  Depending of you eligibility level you may have zero co-pays.  I can determine if you qualify for one of these special plans.  Just give me a call.
